1: Product Details

1.1 Product Colours
We endeavour to accurately display colours on our site as accurately as possible. However the colour that you see depends on various variables such as your monitor display for this reason we cannot guarantee that the colours shown will be a exact match.

1.2 Measurements
All Measurements including weight, length and thickness are approximate and should not be taken as exact measurements.

1.3 Descriptive Words and Colour Names
All descriptive words and colour names are subject to personal opinion. They serve only to give a indication of what the product is like. If you have seen a description you do not agree with please contact us so we can review the issue.

2: Orders

2.1 Availability
All orders are subject to availability, if there is a issue with your order we will contact you through the details you provided to make the order, You will be offered a refund or a alternative product of the same value.

2.2 Acknowledgment of Your Order
We will automatically send you an email to confirm your order. You will also receive an email to tell you when your order is dispatched. For this reason you must provide us with a valid email address.

2.3 Errors When Ordering
You can correct/change your order up until the point you click “submit”. If you have already placed your order but wish to make a change please contact us before it is dispatched, we will then do our best to correct the issue. After the order has been dispatched you will have to adhere to our returns policy, outlined below.

2.4 Cancelling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after you have received your goods. If you wish to cancel your order contact info@woollywhatknot.co.uk as soon as possible. If the order has been dispatched you will have to adhere to our returns policy, outlined below.

2.5 Refunds from a Cancelled Order
We will issue a refund with in 14 days of either receiving your goods back to our return address,  or proof that the goods have been sent to us. If we have cancelled the order we will issue a refund within 14 working days. The refund will be made to the payment method you used to make the order. We may deduct from your refund if the goods have been damaged or used, resulting in loss of value.

If you return a complete order you will be refunded the shipping cost providing you have not chosen a premium shipping method (premium refers to any shipping above our base shipping price of £2.90 in the UK.). You will not refunded for standard shipping if only part of the order is returned.

2.6 Cancellations by us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

  • We do not have the stock to meet your order
  • We do not deliver to your address
  • There is a error on our site regarding price or product details

2.7 Payment
All payments are made in GBP. All prices include VAT.  Woolly What Knot is owned and operated by MAEP LTD  a  VAT registered Company, registration number: 368727156, company registration number: 13340037. Payments are made securely either through credit/debit card or PayPal.

3: Delivery

3.1 Delivery Address
Please take extra care to enter the correct address when placing your order, We will not be held liable if you don’t receive your parcel because the wrong address or delivery instructions were entered.

3.2 Pricing
Delivery  is charged is calculated on the basket page depending on location, weight, and speed. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

3.3 Couriers
Woolly What Knot uses 3rd party couriers to provide our delivery service, including the Royal Mail although this will vary on the weight of the order.

3.4 Dispatch
We only dispatched once we have received payment in full. We are not responsible if dispatch is delayed for this reason.

4: Ownership

4.1 Ownership
Once the you have received the order from the courier you own the goods, not before. After this point you hold the items at your own risk and we are not responsible for loss or damage of the goods.

5: Returns Policy

5:1 Customer Cancelled Returns
Unless the item is damaged or faulty when you receive it you will be liable for the cost and risk of return postage. You have 14 days to notify us that you intend to return your goods after you have received your order, you can do this by emailing info@woollywhatknot.co.uk

5.2 Received a Faulty Order
If the order you received is damaged or is not the item that you ordered we will pay for the return postage.

5.3 Returned Items Condition
We can not accept returns of items that have been opened, damaged or had their labels removed.

Woolly What Knot shall not be held responsible for sequential customer regardless if this is a personal or business loss or if it has occurred through breech of duty or any other way. Woolly What Knot will only be held responsible for the total cost of goods sold to the customer in question. This does not effect any customer rights.
